This is a dense, moist fruit cake with origins from the Caribbean. This cake is baked with dried fruits that were soaked in red wine and rum. The cake is topped off with a spritz of wine and rum (below the alcohol limit).

Ingredients and allergens:
minced assorted dried fruits (raisins, prunes, currants, cherries) soaked in white/dark rum and red wine; butter (pasteurized cream, milk, salt); unbleached flour (wheat, barley); eggs; brown sugar; molasses or cake coloring; lemon peel; vanilla and almond essence; baking powder; mixed spices.

Finished with a spritz of wine/rum mixture.

Less than .05% alcohol by volume
